A Buyer Risk Report is prepared for the customer who retains HomeTruth.

HomeTruth does not provide your identity, enquiry details or report to a developer, broker or seller for their marketing purposes merely because their project is being researched.

We do not sell buyer leads to developers or brokers under the standard Buyer Risk Report service.

If this business model changes in the future, this Privacy Policy and any required consent process will be updated before such use.

 

9. Use of Technology and Automated Tools

HomeTruth may use software, automation and artificial-intelligence-assisted tools to help:

• organise research;

• extract information from documents;

• compare records;

• identify inconsistencies;

• classify information;

Technology assists the research process.

Material risk findings and final analytical interpretations may be subject to human review under HomeTruth’s methodology.

HomeTruth does not represent automated output as independently established fact merely because it was generated by software.
